Barry J. Bernstein

Barry J. Bernstein is an accomplished attorney and military veteran. With over four decades of experience, he has served in various high-level governmental positions.  Most recently he served as Deputy Attorney General of South Carolina, where he also served as Chief of Staff. He has served as a representative to the Governor's Task Force on Cybersecurity, a proxy on the Law Enforcement Training Council, SC representative on the National Attorneys General Training and Research Institute and chairman of the state Prosecutor’s Review Committee.  Before retirement, he successfully led the agency through its first legislative oversight review before the SC House of Representatives...
